Ministry Partners

Partnering for Impact

The Christian Church in the Southwest (CCSW) believes that ministry is strongest when done in partnership. Through collaboration, shared resources, and a united vision, we expand our reach and deepen our impact—bringing Christ’s love, justice, and transformation to communities across Texas, New Mexico, and the Panhandle of Oklahoma.

Our ministry partners are congregations, organizations, and institutions that walk alongside us to equip leaders, strengthen churches, and serve the world in Jesus’ name. Together, we are shaping the future of the church and advancing God’s mission.

Who We Work With

We are grateful for the incredible network of partners who support and strengthen our ministries. Our partners include:

  • Disciples of Christ Ministries

Regional, national, and global ministries within the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) that connect our churches to a wider movement of faith and service.

  • Higher Education & Theological Institutions

Colleges, universities, and seminaries that nurture and train leaders for the church.

  • Camps & Conference Centers

Sacred spaces where youth, adults, and families encounter God through retreat, worship, and spiritual formation.

  • Justice & Outreach Organizations

Faith-based and community partners committed to addressing poverty, racial equity, immigration, and social justice issues.

  • Congregations & Local Ministries

Churches and community groups actively engaged in mission, discipleship, and innovative ministry.

  • Ecumenical & interfaith partners

Groups working together for the common good in our shared communities.

Why Partnerships Matter

Our ministry partners amplify the work of the church—helping us offer vibrant worship experiences, leadership training, mission opportunities, and community-building initiatives.

Together, we:

  • Provide lifelong faith formation opportunities for youth, young adults, and adults.

  • Strengthen clergy and lay leadership through training, coaching, and support networks.

  • Offer camp and retreat experiences that inspire spiritual growth and transformation.

  • Engage in justice and service initiatives that reflect Christ’s call to love our neighbors.

  • Create resources and spaces for churches to thrive in an ever-changing world.
