Regional Committee on Ministry (RCOM)
The Regional Committee on Ministry meets three times a year. Documentation is due 60 days prior to the meeting in order to be considered for a possible interview appointment. Upcoming meetings:

Jan 26-28, 2026 (documentation due Nov 26, 2025),
April 27-29, 2026 (documentation due Feb 27, 2026),

Basic Educational Requirements to maintain standing: Healthy Boundaries every 5 years, Pro-Reconciliation / Anti-Racism (PR/AR) Training every 3 years. Read Letter about PR/AR Requirement
