Yearbook Information

“Dear Regional Ministry Partners,  

Due to unexpected delays, ALEX2 will not be available next week as we had originally planned. We have made the decision to delay opening Yearbook reporting for 2024 data until February 3, 2025. This date still allows eight weeks for reporting before March 31. 

We will share this information with congregations via email, but it would be helpful if you could share this information with the congregations in your region as well. 

Part of the delay is my capacity to create the needed training resources. I don't want to make the system live for congregations without training and help resources available. I also do not want to open congregational reporting before reviewing the system with regional staff. 

The worksheet for preparing the Yearbook report is available in English and Spanish, and those worksheets are attached. Please feel free to distribute them to congregations in your region.  

As we did last year, we are providing forms for reporting on paper. Those report forms are attached in English and Spanish as well. As before, we will leave sharing the paper report forms to each region's discretion.
