  • CCSW Clergy Sexual Misconduct Policy, adopted April 2022: English or Spanish

  • Theological Foundations and Policies and Criteria for the Ordering of Ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ): English, Spanish, French, Korean

  • CCSW Commissioned Minister Expectations: English or Spanish

All Commissioned Ministers will complete the following annually -

  • Be sure that all forms have been completed and submitted (scroll down to fill out forms)

  • Schedule and complete an annual interview (click here to schedule your interview)

  • Complete all education requirements each year
