      2008 Summer Camp Registration Policies

Please contact the NEA Office if you have any questions regarding the following 2008 Summer Camp Registration Policies.

Early Bird Discounted Registrations

Registration Forms
 •All forms must be completely filled out in blue or black ink and received (not postmarked) in the NEA Office via mail, hand delivery, or FAX on or before the early bird deadline date.
 •If registering via fax, please send only the first page of the Registration Form.
 •If registering via fax or with Xerox copies, the original of the complete Registration Form must be received (not postmarked) in the NEA Office no later than 4:00 pm five (5) business days prior to the first day of the event. 
 •Adult Sponsors must complete all six (6) pages of the Staff Registration Form for each camp they will be attending.
 •Please send all Staff Registration Forms in at least two (2) weeks prior to the camp so that the Area Staff has time to complete the authorization process.

Payment
 •Payment in full must be received (not postmarked) in the NEA Office no later than 4:00 pm five (5) business days prior to the first day of the event.
 •Adult Sponsors must contact the Director of the Summer Camp they plan to attend prior to registering to be put on the list for free registration.
 •We ask that payment be made via check from the church, please do not forward personal checks to the NEA Office.

Final Registration Deadline
The Final Deadline for each event is 3 weeks prior to the first day of the event.  Call the NEA Office for all registrations after the Final Deadline.  We don't want to tell any youth they can't attend but we do need a close count of these registrations to insure that the Director and Disciples Crossing can make sufficient preparation for everyone.

Please understand that the full regular registration fee will be due if all items are not received within the Early Bird Registration guidelines and the congregation will be billed if the proper fee is not received.
